They have chosen a really bad proxy for the paychecks. Hope the rest of the analysis is more accurate.

Sir, only a question about paychecks: what happens if one of that just-graduated, after 5 years of hard work, doesn´t reach the estimated salary?
a) die because of his hurt pride
b) goes to Hollywood to act like porno actor
c) go back to his hometown with the rabo between the piernas.
